Cancellation notice

The Central Finance and Contracting Unit of the Ministry of Finance issued on January 23 the following cancellation notice regarding the Strengthening Aarhus Convention Implementation Project in Albania, procurement package on “Preparation and transmission of TV and radio spots and preparation and printing of copies of leaflet and brochure“ (IDF Grant No. TF094711).

Following the decision of the Evaluation Committee and World Bank procurement policies and procedures (Consultant Guideline and Manual):

1. Tender procedure “Preparation and transmission of TV and radio spots and preparation and printing of copies of leaflet and brochure” is cancelled due to non responsiveness of expressions of interest not complying with the TORs and with World Bank prior concurrence.
2. The tender procedure will be re advertised after TORs are revised, with regard to activities and requirements.
